Perseus Mining Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders, scheduled for 22 November 2024, in Perth, Western Australia. Shareholders will convene to review the company’s financial reports, consider the adoption of the Remuneration Report, and vote on the re-election of directors Ms Amber Banfield and Mr Daniel Lougher, as well as the election of Mr Rick Menell as a new director.
