Perpetual Resources Ltd has secured $1.03 million through a share placement to institutional and sophisticated investors, including company directors, to fund the advancement of its Raptor REE and Isabella Lithium Projects in Brazil. The capital will also support general working expenses, with expectations of new project results later this year. The directors have shown their confidence in the company’s future by personally investing at least $70,000 in the placement.
