Perpetual Resources Ltd. has requested a trading halt on its securities pending an announcement related to a capital raising initiative. The halt is to remain in effect until either the public release of the announcement or the start of normal trading on Monday, 26 August 2024. The request follows listing rule 17.1 and the company awaits approval from the ASX.
