Perpetual Energy Inc. and Rubellite Energy Inc. have secured overwhelming shareholder approval for their strategic recombination, a move expected to enhance their operational capabilities and growth prospects. The transaction awaits final court approval, with completion anticipated by the end of October 2024. Rubellite also elected three new directors to its board, contingent upon the recombination’s completion.
