Permian Resources Corporation has named Robert R. Shannon as the new Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer following Brent P. Jensen’s retirement on May 31, 2024. Shannon, with over a decade of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, including previous roles at Colgate Energy and Burnett Petroleum, will take home a base salary of $380,000 and is eligible for additional performance-based incentives. His appointment is part of a strategic transition, and he holds no familial ties or disclosable financial transactions with the company’s directors or other executive officers.
