Permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC has announced the full redemption of its €300 million Fixed Rate Medium Term Note due on July 1, 2024, including any accrued interest. The redemption aligns with the applicable MREL Regulations and has received the necessary approval from the Supervisory Authority. Following the redemption, the noted securities will be delisted from the Euronext Dublin’s Regulated Market.
