Perk Labs Inc. has partnered with Ottawa’s Laugh Lounge to implement its subsidiary Getit Technologies’ custom payment solution, including a branded web app for streamlined ticketing and in-seat ordering of food and beverages. The technology aims to enhance the customer experience with convenience and lower operational costs, while reflecting the club’s upscale ambiance. The comprehensive mobile interface will improve operational efficiency and provide Laugh Lounge with better customer insights.
