Perk Labs (TSE:PERK) has released an update.
Perk Labs Inc. is launching two new non-brokered private placements aimed to raise up to $2.5 million, which include the offer of units at $0.013 each and convertible debentures with a 15% interest rate. The proceeds from these placements, expected to close by June 29, 2024, will fund sales, marketing, and working capital needs. The placements are subject to customary closing conditions and will be available to certain ‘related parties’ under specific exemptions.
