Perk Labs Inc. has updated stakeholders on the extension of their management cease trade order (MCTO) as they work to finalize their overdue annual financial documents. The MCTO, which affects the company’s CEO and CFO but not other shareholders, is expected to be resolved by May 31, 2024. In the meantime, Perk Labs will keep the market informed with bi-weekly reports while they continue to provide innovative mobile ordering and payment solutions.
