Perk Labs Inc. has been granted a voluntary management cease trade order (MCTO) to allow more time to complete and file its audited annual financial reports, which were initially due on April 1, 2024. The order restricts trading by the company’s CEO and CFO but does not impact other shareholders. The company expects to fulfill its filing obligations by May 31, 2024, and will keep stakeholders informed with bi-weekly updates.
