Perk Labs Inc. has received a management cease trade order (MCTO) from the British Columbia Securities Commission due to a delay in filing their annual financial statements. The MCTO prohibits trading by the company’s CEO and CFO but allows other shareholders to continue trading. Perk Labs expects to complete and file the required documents by May 31, 2024, and will issue bi-weekly updates until then.
