Perk Labs Inc., a provider of innovative mobile payment solutions, has extended its non-brokered private placements due to the Easter weekend, with $900,000 raised so far. The offer includes Units priced at $0.01, and Convertible Debentures with a 15% interest rate, both with specific terms and closing expected by April 8, 2024. The company may also settle up to $250,000 in debt for professional services through these private placements.
