Perimeter Medical Imaging AI has completed patient enrollment for a key clinical trial of its OCT B-Series system, which utilizes AI with optical coherence tomography to potentially lower reoperation rates in breast-conserving surgeries. The technology aims to improve margin assessment during surgery, with hopes that success in the trial could lead to FDA submission by 2025.
