Percheron Therapeutics Limited has announced the issue of 8,400,000 unquoted options expiring on July 4, 2029, at an exercise price of $0.083 each. The options, which are part of an employee incentive scheme, were issued on July 4, 2024, and are not intended to be quoted on the ASX.
