Pepper Money Ltd has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors, with the founding Chair Michael Culhane stepping down after the 2024 AGM and Akiko Jackson, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience, being appointed as the new Chair. Additionally, Vaibhav Piplapure, a Managing Director at KKR, joins as a Non-Executive Director and Shareholder Representative, marking a new chapter for the leading non-bank lender.
