PepinNini Minerals Limited has submitted an application, as per Appendix 2A of the ASX Listing Rules, for the quotation of securities that were part of a transaction previously announced to the market. This application includes a new class of securities issued on 3 July 2024, in line with details provided in an earlier market announcement dated 5 June 2024. The company has complied with the necessary regulatory requirements and is now awaiting the approval for these securities to be quoted on the ASX.
