Pentanet Director’s Shareholding Update

Pentanet Ltd (AU:5GG) has released an update.

Pentanet Limited has issued a notice of change in Director Stephen Cornish’s interest, disclosing the expiry of 9,900,000 unlisted options with exercise prices between $0.30 to $0.50 each, which occurred on June 30, 2024. Following the expiry, Cornish maintains indirect control over 42,594,096 ordinary shares, along with various performance rights and options, through the Stemma Investment Trust, where he is both trustee and beneficiary.
