PensionBee Group PLC has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) where all proposed ordinary and special resolutions were approved by shareholders. Key resolutions included the reappointment of executive and non-executive directors, the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as the company’s auditor, and the authorisation for the company to make political donations and allot shares. The company highlighted its strong market position with £4.9 billion in Assets Under Administration, a customer retention rate above 95%, and an ‘Excellent’ Trustpilot rating.
