Christoph J. Martin, CFO of PensionBee Group plc, has recently engaged in transactions involving the company’s shares following the exercise of options under the firm’s share option plans. Martin retained a significant number of shares post-transaction, selling only what was needed to cover tax liabilities, and now has an interest in 934,112 Ordinary Shares. These transactions are reported in line with the UK Market Abuse Regulation and took place on the London Stock Exchange.
