Pensana Rare Earths PLC’s Chairman, Paul Atherley, has conducted a sale of 1,500,000 ordinary shares at an aggregated price of £0.1735 each, totaling £251,345. The proceeds from the sale have been advanced to Pensana under a £2 million director’s loan facility. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange on the 12th and 17th of July 2024.
