PennyMac Mortgage (PMT) has shared an update.
On June 12, 2024, PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust appointed SiSi Pouraghabagher as an independent Class III Trustee, where she’ll serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Pouraghabagher will receive a yearly retainer of $95,000, additional committee retainers, and a one-time equity grant of $110,000 in restricted share units. During the Annual Meeting, shareholders also ratified Deloitte & Touche LLP as the firm’s accounting firm for the fiscal year and approved executive compensation. Pouraghabagher’s appointment and the meeting outcomes were announced in a press release by the Company.
