PennyMac Financial Welcomes New Director, Bids Farewell to Veterans

PennyMac Financial ( (PFSI) ) has provided an update.

PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors, appointing Sunil Chandra, a seasoned technology and financial services professional, effective September 4, 2024. The board’s authorized size has increased from twelve to thirteen directors to accommodate this change. Chandra brings a wealth of experience, including leadership roles at Google and OakNorth, and will serve on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee as well as the Risk Committee. Meanwhile, long-serving board members James Hunt and Emily Youssouf have announced their retirement effective December 31, 2024. Their departure is not due to any disagreement with the company’s operations or policies.
