PennantPark Investment Corporation held its Annual Meeting on February 6, 2024, where stockholders elected two Class II directors for a term ending at the 2027 Annual Meeting and ratified the appointment of RSM US LLP as the independent auditor for the fiscal year. The directors were elected with a clear majority, and the auditor’s selection received overwhelming support, demonstrating stockholder confidence in the Company’s governance and financial oversight.
