Pennant International Group PLC announces the appointment of Jon Kempster as an independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, effective from July 18, 2024. Kempster brings over two decades of directorship experience across various sectors, aiming to support Pennant’s growth strategy. Additionally, the company will release a trading update for the first half of 2024 on July 25, following its Annual General Meeting.
