Penn National Gaming Board Reshuffles, Reduces Members

An update from Penn National Gaming (PENN) is now available.

John Jacquemin has decided not to seek reelection to the Board of PENN Entertainment, Inc. at the upcoming annual meeting. Vimla Black-Gupta will be reclassified to fill his spot and be put forward for reelection. The Board also plans to reduce its size from ten to nine members following the meeting. Jacquemin will assume the honorary role of director emeritus until early 2025, while Black-Gupta and Anuj Dhanda will experience changes in their committee assignments.
