Pengana Global Private Credit Trust reported a modest investment income of $97,000 and a comprehensive income of $6,000 for the period from June 14 to June 30, 2024, with a basic earnings per unit of 0.01 cents and a net asset value of $2.0001 per unit. The report highlighted that during this period, there was no final distribution to shareholders, but a Distribution Reinvestment Plan was in place for eligible unitholders. The financial information has been audited by Ernst & Young and detailed in the annual report accompanied by the Chief Executive Officer’s letter.
