Pengana Global Private Credit Trust (AU:PCX) has released an update.
Pengana Global Private Credit Trust is initiating a unit buy-back offer as part of its capital management strategy, with the offer period running from August 30 to September 20, 2024. Eligible unitholders can choose to participate by the specified dates to sell their units back to the Trust, which will be cancelled upon transfer. The pricing for the buy-back will be determined on December 31, 2024, with payments to be made by January 15, 2025.
