Pembroke VCT (GB:PEMB) has released an update.
Pembroke VCT plc has expanded its share capital by allotting 619,941 new B Ordinary Shares through its Flexible Dividend Reinvestment Scheme at a price of 100.8p each, increasing the total number of voting rights to 217,031,185. These shares are poised to be admitted to the Official List and commence trading on the London Stock Exchange around October 11, 2024, with CREST accounts being credited post-allotment.
