Pembina Pipeline Corp. (TSE:PPL) has released an update.
Pembina Pipeline Corp., in partnership with the Haisla Nation, has reached significant milestones in the Cedar LNG project, including a 20-year commercial agreement with ARC Resources and progress towards a final investment decision in mid-2024. The project, estimated to cost US$3.4 billion, has issued a Notice to Proceed to contractors for a floating LNG production unit. Cedar LNG promises to enhance Canadian natural gas access to global markets, improve global energy security, and potentially add US$200-260 million in adjusted EBITDA for Pembina.
