Pembina Pipeline Corporation has expanded its midstream assets through Pembina Gas Infrastructure’s $400 million acquisition of Veren Inc.’s oil batteries, enhancing their strategic partnership. The deal includes a 15-year take-or-pay agreement and is expected to yield $50 million in annual adjusted EBITDA, with further growth potential from future infrastructure investments.
