On March 5, 2024, Pegasystems Inc.’s Compensation Committee set the 2024 base salaries and incentive targets for top executives under the Corporate Incentive Compensation Plan. The total planned incentive payments for these executives amount to over $1.5 million and £193,000. Additionally, two executives, Leon Trefler and John Higgins, have potential sales commissions of $410,000 and £180,000, respectively. This financial strategy aims to motivate the leadership team and align their interests with the company’s performance objectives.
