Pediatrix Announces Executive Shakeup and New CFO Appointment

Pediatrix Medical Group (MD) has issued an update.

The Company is undergoing executive changes, with Kasandra Rossi set to become the new CFO and Treasurer, stepping into the role on October 1, 2024, after a strategic transition of services and portfolio management efforts. Rossi, with the company since 2009, will see her salary increased to $425,000 with a higher bonus potential. Concurrently, Mary Ann E. Moore has been appointed as Chief Administrative Officer while Curtis B. Pickert shifts to Chief Physician Executive, both effective August 1, 2024. These changes come as the current CFO, Mr. C. Marc Richards, departs without cause, with a benefits package following a release of claims.
