Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
The Pebble Group PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 77,365 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.63 GBp per share, as per the Share Buyback Programme initiated on May 1, 2024. Following the transaction, the company will have a total of 166,923,221 Ordinary Shares in issue, with equal voting rights and no shares held in treasury. This action is part of the Group’s strategy to manage its capital structure and return value to shareholders.
