Pebble Group PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 26,801 ordinary shares at a price of 0.56 GBp per share on June 21, 2024, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier that year. Following the cancellation, the company will have 166,495,721 ordinary shares remaining, each with one voting right. This transaction may influence shareholders’ notifications regarding their interest in the company under the FCA’s rules.
