Pebble Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 27,365 of its own shares at a uniform price of 0.58 GBp per share, as part of its Share Buyback Programme initiated on May 1st, 2024. The company plans to cancel the acquired shares, which will leave it with 166,533,522 shares in issue, each with one voting right. This repurchase activity reflects the company’s ongoing capital management strategy.
