Pebble Group PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 30,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 0.53 GBP per share, as part of its share buyback program initiated earlier in August 2024. Following the transaction, the company will have a total of 165,954,240 ordinary shares with corresponding voting rights. This move may impact shareholders’ calculations regarding their notification obligations under the FCA’s rules.
