Pebble Group PLC (GB:PEBB) has released an update.
Pebble Group PLC has announced the completion of a share buyback on June 6, 2024, buying back 78,896 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 0.58 GBp per share, with intentions to cancel the repurchased shares. As a result, the total number of voting rights in the company will be 166,766,365 after the cancellation. This action is part of the Share Buyback Programme initially announced on May 1, 2024.
