Pearson PLC (PSO) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has announced that as of March 31, 2024, it has 682,984,466 ordinary shares admitted to trading, each with one vote at general meetings. Shareholders can use this number as the denominator for calculations to determine if they need to notify changes in their company interest according to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The report, made for April 2024, complies with the FCA’s Transparency Rule 5.6.1 and does not include any treasury-held shares.
