Pearson (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has announced the buyback of 5,019 of its own shares for an average price of 985.21p per share, with the intention to cancel them as part of their ongoing share buyback program initiated on March 1, 2024. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange through Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
