Pearson (GB:PSON) has released an update.
Pearson PLC has announced that as of June 30, 2024, there are 669,461,729 ordinary shares of 25p each in circulation, with each share granting one vote at general meetings. Shareholders can use this number as a basis for declaring their stake in the company according to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The company currently holds no treasury shares.
