Pearson PLC Completes Share Buyback

Pearson (GB:PSON) has released an update.

Pearson PLC has conducted a share buyback, purchasing 216,900 of its own shares at prices ranging from 1,045.00p to 1,061.00p, averaging at 1,050.32p per share, on the London Stock Exchange through Citigroup Global Markets Limited. The company intends to cancel the acquired shares as part of its buy-back program initiated earlier in March 2024.
