Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited (PCRD) successfully held its 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Raffles Town Club, with key figures including Chairman of the Meeting, Mr. Peter A. Allen, and other directors in attendance. Notably, Chairman of the Board, Mr. Richard Li Tzar Kai, and several non-executive directors were absent with apologies. The event saw the participation of shareholders, auditors from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, legal advisors from Allen & Gledhill LLP, and company staff members.
