PCCW Limited (HK:0008) has released an update.
PCCW Limited has announced the sale of subsidiary interests for US$870 million in cash to an undisclosed investor. The transaction will keep the sold interests as an indirect subsidiary under HKT, which in turn is under PCCW. The deal was based on a valuation that reflects a significant premium over HKT’s current market multiples.
