PCCW Limited has announced the resignation of Ms Wang Fang as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Nomination Committee, effective from 28 June 2024, due to changes in her work arrangements. The company confirms there are no disagreements or issues related to her resignation that shareholders should be concerned with, and expressed gratitude for Ms Wang’s contributions. A future announcement is expected once a new nominee from China United Network Communications Group Company Limited is appointed.
