Payfare Inc. has successfully re-elected its board of directors during the 2024 Annual General Meeting, with all nominees receiving strong shareholder support. In addition to the directors’ election, shareholders approved the re-appointment of KPMG LLP as the company’s auditors. Payfare, a prominent Earned Wage Access firm, continues to drive financial inclusion through its innovative digital banking platform.
