Payfare Inc., an international Earned Wage Access company, has updated stakeholders on the delayed filing of its annual financial documents, citing a holdup in receiving a crucial auditor’s report from a key vendor. The company expects to complete the necessary filings by June 17, 2024, and maintains its previously reported unaudited financial results for 2023. In the interim, Payfare will continue to follow alternative information guidelines and issue bi-weekly default status reports.
