Payfare (TSE:PAY) has released an update.
Payfare Inc. has announced a brief delay in filing its audited annual financial statements and related documents for the year ended December 31, 2023, due to a pending SOC 1 auditor’s report from a key vendor. The company is working closely with the vendor to receive the report and complete the filings, with an expected completion date of May 31, 2024. Payfare will continue to issue bi-weekly status reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines until the filings are complete.
