Pavillon Holdings Ltd. has announced significant leadership changes, with Dr. John Chen Seow Phun retiring as Director and Executive Chairman, while Mr. Fan Bin, the former Executive Director, steps into the role of Executive Chairman. Dr. Chen is honored with the title Chairman Emeritus in recognition of his long-standing service to the company since 2001. The Board has expressed their gratitude to Dr. Chen for his contributions as they move forward with the new composition of the Board and Committees.
