Patriot Lithium Ltd. has announced the issuance of new unquoted equity securities which include two sets of options exercisable at different strike prices, expiring in June 2027. A total of 12,349,375 options are being issued as part of transactions that were previously announced and will not be quoted on the ASX. This move by Patriot Lithium Limited is part of their ongoing financial strategy and is aimed at raising capital for the company.
