Patriot Lithium Ltd. has successfully expanded its Gorman Lithium Project in Ontario, Canada, with the acquisition of 61 new mining claims and has received governmental approval to commence its 2024 drilling program, aimed at exploring lithium-mineralized pegmatites. The company has undergone corporate restructuring, with new appointments including Mr Hugh Warner as Executive Chairman. Amidst these developments, Patriot Lithium is on a trading halt as it prepares to announce a capital raise, with cash reserves standing at approximately $919k as of March 31, 2024.
